Our Matwork Pilates Essentials Instructor Training is the perfect combination of Joseph Pilates' original repertoire and contemporary repertoire. This course will lay the foundation for your pilates knowledge and pave the way for you to become a confident, qualified instructor.

Matwork Essentials consists of Pilates fundamentals, principles, anatomy, foundational matwork repertoire as well as class planning and structure. 

With Matwork there is no reformer.  Immerse yourself in the magic (and physical challenge) that is matwork. To truly embody the Pilates method, being a Matwork Instructor really is a must.
